The Challenge

Having worked with major stakeholders across various industries, we noticed a recurring theme: whether corporate executives frequently travelling for business or principals seeking relaxation in an unfamiliar city, there was often a disconnect between their expectations and their experiences. Despite their substantial resources, they struggled to fully enjoy their trips due to generic advice, time constraints, or lack of bandwidth. In this instance, a well-known financial entrepreneur from the United States, whom we assisted with a jurisdictional launch, was in London exploring a potential new venture. He wanted to make a memorable impression on the principal of this new venture, fulfil a personal bucket list item, and build a meaningful relationship.

Our Solution

We orchestrated an unforgettable evening, starting with a private night flight in a helicopter over the Thames at 800 feet, as depicted below. With a pilot and security operative in the front, the two guests enjoyed a private conversation in the back of the aircraft, marveling at the iconic London skyline under a full moon. After the flight, the guests were swiftly transported to an exclusive private members’ club for dinner and drinks, where they could conclude their discussions in a refined setting.
